The twelfth low-budget sports complex within walking distance opened in the Kuban
The twelfth low-budget sports complex within walking distance was opened in the Kuban
A new sports facility with the sonorous name Harvest is located in the village of Ivanovskaya, Krasnoarmeisky district. Participation in its grand opening was attended by: Deputy Head of Administration (Governor) of the Krasnodar Territory Nikolai Doluda; Yury Vasin, head of the Krasnoarmeysky district municipal formation; Andrey Markov, Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Krasnodar Territory, Honored Master of Sports of Russia; Dmitry Lameikin, deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the single-mandate constituency No. 47 Krasnoarmeisky.
The area of the modern complex is 1075 square meters. It has a playing hall measuring 40 × 24 meters, changing rooms with showers and toilets, a coaching room and a room for equipment. Low-budget is designed for playing sports: mini-football, handball, volleyball, basketball, rugby.
— Previously, we built multifunctional sports complexes, swimming pools, Ice palaces in cities and regional centers. And your sports complex is already the twelfth of those that we have built in rural settlements, villages and farms, – Nikolai Doluda addressed the participants of the holiday: children, their parents, coaches and educators.
– The governor of the region made a decision, – continued Nikolai Doluda, – that such sports complexes should come to the villages and farms, be accessible to children in rural areas. And we must build and commission at least fifteen such facilities every year.
And then the vice-governor offered the audience a simple arithmetic problem: such a sports complex costs thirty million rubles. And now count how much money the governor allocates every year for the development of sports in the rural outback?
While children's heads deflated by the August sun were multiplying thirty by fifteen, the vice-governor reported that there were funds in the regional budget for these purposes. Every year, seven billion rubles from the regional budget is spent on physical education and sports.
“Such sports facilities should be built in all settlements of the region,” Nikolai Doluda set the task for the future to the local authorities.
– Give proposals, give projects, and the region will give money, – Nikolai Doluda addressed the heads of settlements, – after all, it will take only a little more than a year to build a low-budget building. Children, their parents will only thank you.
Indeed, the construction of the sports complex in Ivanovskaya began in April 2018 and was completed in May this year.It took another couple of months to prepare for acceptance into operation and to improve the territory. The cost of the object amounted to just over 29 million rubles. Most of the funds (21.5 million rubles) for its construction were allocated from the budget of the region, and 8 million came from the treasury of the municipality.
The head of the district, Yuri Vasin, a native of Ivanovskaya, told why this village was chosen for the first low-budget worker in the district. After all, until today in the village, numbering ten thousand inhabitants, except for gyms in general education schools, there was nothing at all, except, of course, open areas.
– And the next low-budget, – the head promised, – will be built in the village of Starodzherelievskaya. Pre-project work is already underway.
State Duma deputy Dmitry Lameikin, who was elected in the 47th Krasnoarmeysky single-mandate district, recalled that thirteen national projects had been launched on behalf of the Russian president, and among them an important role was played by the sports component. The deputy urged the heads of settlements to be more actively involved in the selection of sites for such sports complexes, design and subsequent control of the construction and efficient operation of sports facilities.
And then the climax of the holiday came: Nikolai Doluda and the head of the district, Yuri Vasin, taking Arina Vostrikova, the winner of the boxing championship of the Southern Federal District and Russia, and the football player of the local children's club Harvest, cut the red ribbon. And the human river of children, fathers and mothers, grandparents flowed into the spacious hall of the new sports complex.
The holiday continued on the playground of the newly opened sports complex with a mini-football competition among the children's teams of the Urozhay football club. While the young footballers lined up to greet, the regional sports minister Andrey Markov confidently minted the ball. And then, together with State Duma deputy Dmitry Lameikin, he brought him into play with a symbolic reshuffle in the center of the field. Another Harvest team, the rugby team, was already waiting in line to try out the new site.
– This site will help us to practice more, because before, when the weather was bad, we went home without training. And now we can train more, in any weather, even in winter,” Ilya Zinchenko, a rugby player from Harvest, expressed the mean boyish joy of his team.
– I see the joyful, burning eyes of the guys who came to this celebration of the opening of a new sports complex. People really need it. There should be more such sports facilities,” Dmitry Lameikin shared his impressions of what he had taken away.
After the end of the celebration, he discussed with the heads of the settlements the nearest plans for the development of physical culture and sports in the villages and farms.
