Anniversary edition of LADA 4х4 40th Anniversary

Recall that on April 5 this year, the LADA 4×4 SUV celebrated its 40th anniversary and in honor of this event, AvtoVAZ launched mass production of a new jubilee configuration – LADA 4×4 40th Anniversary.

The main features of the anniversary edition are expressed in new colors, chrome elements, leather upholstery and other anniversary details. And of course, the anniversary issue is limited – only 1977 Niva 4×4 40th Anniversary will be released.

Now in order of changes. Let's start with the distinctive features of the exterior.

original body colors

According to the head of the Lada 4 × 4 project Natalya Vorobyova, the anniversary edition will be presented in several colors, and some of them will be completely new.

“One of these is beige, reminiscent of the 1977 version. I say “reminiscent” because the color is made using modern technology: it is deep and iridescent.”

In addition to beige, other solid body colors will be presented: red, white, terracotta, gray-blue. Well, for lovers of bright style, some of the anniversary cars will be painted in camouflage. The mottled surface is created by a combination of three colors – light green, dark green and black.

Nameplates 40th Anniversary

An integral attribute of the anniversary series is the original nameplates on the front fenders, rear door and glove box lid. Moreover, a unique serial number of the car is displayed on the nameplate in the cabin: from 0001 to 1977 – this figure means the year the LADA 4×4 production began and the number of cars in the limited series.

Alloy wheels

Original alloy wheels with Pirelli Scorpion ATR 185/75 R16 93T tires add to the uniqueness of the anniversary edition.

As for the interior, in the cabin of the anniversary Niva 4×4:

combined leather interior in different colors: gray and black, beige and brown, black seats with contrasting stitching are provided for camouflage cars;
leather steering wheel with contrast stitching;
new inserts in the door trim;
door sills with model name in stainless steel;
pile rugs with an embroidered 40 Anniversary logo;
series logo printed on seat upholstery;
new dashboard (new markings and orange scale).

The technical characteristics of the anniversary Niva 4×4 have not changed.
