134 athletes from the cities of the Tver, Moscow and Yaroslavl regions entered the FOK CAES ring. Medals were played out in weight categories in six age groups.

By tradition, the main prize of the tournament – a large beautiful cup – is awarded to the winner in the category up to 69 kg among men. It was in this weight that at one time he performed Nikolai Sulzhuk.

In the final match in the dispute for the honorary trophy, the master of sports came together Alexander Seliverstov From Kushvynovo and Alexander Mikhailov From the Volokolamsk near Moscow. According to the new rules, they fought without protective helmets. In a stubborn confrontation, a representative of the Tver region, Alexander Seliverstov, won the glasses.
