Public Offer on the conclusion of a donation agreement

Fund for support for the development of children's sports Sports begins with children (President: Anton Anatolyevich Kabanov),
offers citizens to make a donation on the following conditions:

1. General Provisions
1.1. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this proposal is a public offer (hereinafter – the Offer).
1.2. In this offer, terms that have the following meaning are used:
“Donation” – “donation of a thing or law for general -forced purposes”;
“Sacrifier” – “citizens who make donations”;
“Donation recipient” – “Sports Development Fund for the Development of Children's Sports” begins with children. ”
