Connect directly or use your own network
The W-E1 Wi-Fi Adapter lets you connect a compatible EOS camera with a dual memory card slot to a Wi-Fi network at home or in the studio. This unit also allows you to connect directly to smartphones or tablets using the Camera Connect app, or computers running the EOS Utility software, wherever you are.
Live View mode lets you remotely see what the EOS camera sees
Compose shots on the screen of your smartphone, tablet or computer. You will be able to observe what is happening regardless of the location of the camera and take pictures at the right time. You can also change camera settings and check sharpness by zooming in on the image. Simply tap the screen to set or change the active AF point.
Transfer photos and videos to PC/Mac or mobile device
Share individual shots by connecting the camera to a compatible iOS/Android mobile device running the Canon Camera Connect app or a PC/Mac running the EOS Utility software. Once transferred, the images can be downloaded via the Internet and viewed on the screen. Why not start editing before you get home?
