The day of informing according to the results of 6 months implementation of the labor increase in labor productivity program took place on April 26 with the participation of managers, participants in the project groups and experts of the RCC.

Shebekinsky oil plant was founded in 1948. Today, Shebekinsky Oil Plant JSC has modern equipment of leading European and Russian manufacturers, and its assortment includes more than 50 names of dairy products of the Loggol trading brand. Now the company is ready to summarize the implementation of the pilot project Optimization of the process of production of cottage cheese in retail packaging.

The introduction of tools for increasing labor productivity made it possible to achieve the following results:

• the process of processing the process decreased by 20 %;
• production for 1 operator increased from 31.9 to 37.4 kg of cottage cheese per hour;
• The volume of incomplete production in the flow decreased by 16.5 %.

Further, the company will independently implement lean production tools in other production sites in accordance with the three -year plan. Upon completion of the work of experts of the RCC, the enterprise continues to function a project office, replicating the experience and approaches to the organization of labor.
